Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. During weekdays this is typically 1 working day; orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

  • Delivery time: After processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

    On the Shipping page you can review your address details again. All shipments are free of charge—we cover the shipping and delivery costs for every order. Click “Proceed to payment.”

  4. Payment
    Choose your preferred payment method. All payment options on vionnelondon.com are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure checkout.
